Enrol online
Lifeworks offers full open enrolment functionality as well as mid-year life event processing. The process is intuitive for employees (but also packed with help screens). It’s a breeze for you because it’s paperless. And providers prefer online enrolment data because it’s more timely and more accurate.
Create the reports you need
You can generate carrier premium reports, eligibility listings, cost centre and department billings or reports. Track employee and dependent data and create any ad-hoc reports as you need them.
Interface with providers automatically
The system interfaces with insurance carriers, third-party administrators and your payroll and HRIS systems. Lifeworks automatically informs providers of each employee’s eligibility status as a new hire, during annual enrolment or in the case of a life event. Manage concurrent events
Lifeworks can handle multiple events occurring at the same time. For instance, what if an employee has a life event after enrolment but before the new plan year begins?
