Support Services Provideed

At SBC, we’ve created an ongoing maintenance program to ensure that our clients reap all the benefits of using our software. Our maintenance program is automatically included at no extra charge when you begin using Lifeworks. We can be counted on to deliver exemplary customer service, support and training for as long you use our system.


Know Who You Can Count On

Post-implementation, a Client Support Manager will become your day-to-day contact. Our Client Support Managers have extensive industry experience and know Lifeworks inside and out. Their job is to make your job easier.


Automate System Patches And Updates

For our hosted, installed or outsourced options, SBC develops patches and updates that are offered monthly, but which can be installed at your convenience. These may include system enhancements or adjustments due to legislative events, such as changes to interest rates and annual limits. With the Software as a Service option, patches and updates are implemented automatically by SBC.

Subject to the service option you choose, Unlimited telephone and email support are available Monday through Friday during business hours. Our support staff often is available after hours as well for technical and regulatory questions.


Count On Us To Be There

For clients who elect the installed option, SBC will be on-site during the installation of our software. We work hard to ensure your staff is fully trained on the use of the system and that your IT staff has all the information it needs for a smooth deployment.

SBC sponsors an annual user group meeting to exchange ideas, discuss industry trends and help clients maximise their investment. All maintenance program participants are invited and will have the opportunity to provide input on system enhancements.
