Maintenance
Once your implementation is complete, you'll have assistance and diagnostic support via phone or email to help maintain continued smooth running. Subject to the support options you choose, our Support Help Desk is staffed 9:30 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. (GMT/BST), Monday through Friday, to answer questions and help solve any problems you may encounter. By arrangement, out-of-hours service also is available through our U.S. Help Desk.
With both our SaaS and hosting options, SBC's ongoing maintenance services include
- Monitoring and system management
- 24 x 7 monitoring of servers and throughput - Managed storage and data backup
- Full system backups taken once per week
- Incremental change backups taken daily
- Storage of backups in a secure facility within the data center
- Retention of two weeks of backups - Disaster recovery
- Guaranteed full recovery of a system within two days in most cases
- Servers equipped with hot-swappable RAID disks ensuring no down-time through single disk failure and redundancy in key server components
